Privacy policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026 · A simple baseline policy, to be expanded as Phoenix grows.

The short version

This landing page collects nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no trackers, no ads.

The notify form

The email form on the home page is a front-end placeholder and is not yet connected to any backend. Nothing you type is transmitted or stored.

Fonts and hosting

This site is served by GitHub Pages behind Cloudflare. The only third-party resources it loads are web fonts from Google Fonts (Anton and Poppins); Google may log basic technical request data when those fonts load — see Google’s Privacy Policy. No analytics, no trackers, no ads. Infrastructure providers may also log basic technical request data (such as IP addresses) to operate their services — see the GitHub Privacy Statement and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Changes

When Phoenix launches for real, this policy will be replaced with a complete one before any data is ever collected.
